No professional experience is required.
This year 400 volunteer tax preparers will commit 3-4 hours each week during tax season (late January through mid April). Our experienced staff provides 15 hours of free training and prepares you for IRS certification.
Volunteer as a Greeter assisting with intake.
Another 50 volunteer greeters will welcome taxpayers, answering questions and helping them to complete and organize paperwork. You'll learn how the process works and be ready to assist with 3-4 hours of training.
